Delays & Lost Packages
  • East West Herbal is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs issues.
  • Contact us for lost packages so we can work with the carrier.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of herbal products, all sales are final except for damage or fulfillment errors.

Returns & Exchanges Accepted For:

Return Process

  2. Provide order number, details, and photos if applicable.
  3. Once approved, return unused/unopened product in original packaging.

Refunds
