Mad honey is the light mountain honey. Dark in color with yellowish hues, it has a bold aromatic profile and an equally complex mysterious flavor. The flavor is very unique and very sweet.

Flavor: Complex. Very mild sweetness. Tangy with spicy undertones followed by a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Aroma: Very aromatic.

Color: Amber shades. Depth varies by harvest.

Physical Consistency. Fluid. It crystallizes quite slowly. Large crystal size.

Uses: 1 tablespoon per day with milk or tea for strong immune system, diabetes and high pressure. ( medical purpose).

For hallucinogenic effect usually needs around 3 tablespoons on empty stomach.
