Sleep Tea Blend
Sleep tea is a blend of chamomile, spearmint, lemon balm, valerian, passion flowers, rose petal and lemongrass. This tea has smooth and minty flavor notes with a calming and relaxing feeling.
How to make tea: Add 8oz water into a pot or a kettle, bring it to a rolling boil, take it off the heat. Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
